That means on install you did not input the correct path to mogrify on the server. You either go into admin config settings and set the correct path to mogrify on the server there or try in global options set your processor to gd2 if you dont have imagemagick on the server.

I upgraded my phpbb board to version 3 and we think the issues we're having is from photopost. How do I make my photopost compatible with phpbb3?

That would be a no I assume since we just upgraded from phpbb2 to phpbb3 today. No one can see the board except for me. Everyone else sees a white page. Tech told me it had something to do with photopost but I don't know how to make photopost compatible with 3.

1. You need to make sure you have the proper database information for the user database of phpbb in our config-inc.php file

2. yes you need to download the latest build and reinstall with phpbb3 integration to be compatible.

The newest versions is in your members area download area. Yes you need to reinstall to integrate with phpbb3 as its a completely different forum software.

OK thanks. Do you think it'll help make my board work again too? Since everything is connected?

You mean for members access?

If you dont have members access to download new code sure. Your license when you bought it states you can use the version you have forever however licenses come with one year members access to download updates to the code and support.

If your access is expired then that would be correct since you need to download a newer version which supports a forum that did not exist when you bought your license and had access.

Awe man I dind't know all that. If I'd have known I'd have downloaded the new version before my license expired last fall. I had no idea.

You cant fix it. Your users all exist in phpbb2 or the new phpbb3. There is no specific way to fix it other than coming up with a proper way to integrate.

You can reinstall using your old files as a standalone using the install file but that is going to mess with your site and photo ownership and users would need to reregister and then when you hook things back up again lots of work to get everything back to a new integration.

You can role your forum back to phpbb2 before you upgraded by reverting your forum files and database.

Yep since your integrated with a forum it would be role back the forum to the old one or install a version of our program that integrates with the new forum.

Not really want you wanted to hear sorry but thats the simple truth here.

Ok is there a way to undo the integration without losing the member usernames and passwords? For a temporary fix?

No because to fix things you need to fix the integration. all user information is located in your phpbb users table not photopost.
