I am getting the following error.

Warning: file_exists() [function.file-exists]: open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/usr/bin/jpegtran) is not within the allowed path(s): (/home/ozmazda:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php:/tmp) in /home/ozmazda/public_html/gallery/image-inc.php on line 592

Can anyone shed some light?

Your server has open_basedir set so you must turn this off if you want to use jpegtran or clear the path under global options and not use it.

I got this same error after after upgrading php/sql/apache today. How do you change this setting?

Oh - Not just photopost either, I'm having image related issues with vbulletin.

openbase means you can use something out of your server path so not doubt in photopost remove jpegtran line in global options and switch to gd2 as your processor. You will probally need to do similar in vb.
