Wrong Profile Info on PP from SMF db.

Just upgraded to version 6. The profile on PP is awesome especially the messaging part. i have noticed that PP is pulling the wrong info from SMF. All the other pertinent info populated by PP is showing correctly though. I think the user ids referenced from SMF must be mixed up somewhat. i have seen any discussion of this anywhere on the forum.
Im considering doing away with SMF since PP has a miniature forum which may work for my purposes. How can i revert back to PP registrations and user handling (standalone)?
Any insight to these two issues?

How do you think Photopost pulls the wrong info? You would need to post explicit info as I do not see this

For instance i looked up my own profile in PP:
its got someone else's yahoo username, location, homepage url occupation etc. It means that whatever lines it pulling from the SMf database user profiles, they are off. Everything else is fine such as the statistics, photos, favorites, and comments. Basically - all the PP specific data seems to be intact. I hope i made it a bit clearer?

I would suggest you make sure you never installed things or switched integrations. The only way your gonna pull that info is because your userid in photopost has that info already. This is probally your issue.

all i did was to run the upgrades - nothin else. I can provide you a login if you would like to take a look. The SMF integration is working because the logins work just fine.

You can send a login sure but I guess you did not follow what I said above. The info your referring to is in the photopost tables meaning this info existed before or you had to fill it out.
