| One user account upload problem
Hoping someone can help me with this one.
I have one user account that can not upload photos all the sudden. Gets the following error after receiving the processing upload message:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 2848 bytes) in /home/vfmustan/public_html/photopost/image-inc.php on line 116
The usergroup that this account is associated with has unlimited upload limits.
No other user is having this problem.
I get the same error trying to upload into this users album, but I can upload the same photo in to other users account albums without any problems.
I tried scanning and rebuilding everything I could find for this account, but no luck. Any ideas?
Thanks,
Bob

Try ftping to your photopost directory delete all directories under the uploads directory and see if that helps and the user can upload then.

Your good!, I think that worked. I can now upload to her album. There were a bunch of directories under uploads. Two of them had files still in them, the rest were empty. One of those two directories had files that I recognized that I had tried to upload to her album last night.
Thank you Chuck

Help Chuck
I thought the problem was fixed, but she and some others are still getting the error. Not all users are getting the error though. Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 11392 bytes) in /home/vfmustan/public_html/photopost/image-inc.php on line 116
It uploads the file, and I can see it placed in a numbered directory under the UPLOADS dir. I think that is the userID number. Then the user gets the above error.
Anything else I can try?
Thanks,
Bob

I resized the file she was trying to upload and emailed it to her. She was then able to upload it. Now, I just need to teach her how to resize her photos.
Thanks,
Bob
