Post Keywords and ":"

Not sure why but when entering photos a user is asked to enter the "Keywords" twice:

- The first time a user is asked to enter key words is the "Your_Website" Photo Galleries Image Upload" screen".

- The second time that one is asked to enter keywords is on the "Optional Info" screen, that follows the prior screen.

Is there any way to configure the software so that it does not ask for the same info twice???
-----------------------------------------------------------

My second issue is when entering in "Additional Fields" one should be told that the program automatically inserts a ":" after the label one enters in the "Extra Text Field". This will prevent someone like myself from having to go back and take out the ":" category by category.

Thanks so much,

The first screen you enter keywords on upload and that is passed to bulkupload the second screen is where you can change the keywords for each photo which is what most people would do since keywords are different for each photo.

I think I asked in a previous thread about this. If the keywords are passed on to bulk upload, are they supposed to be visible, or are we guessing that they were passed on? It seems to be, once you process the photos via bulkupload, the original keyword you entered on upload is not being used once done...
