I've change the images category from Not In List
to Movies/TV Series (3 images).
YES - the picture moves. But photo counts still remain
in the original section - Not In List (count=3).

What should i do to reset photo count in Not In List section?

Admin => Scan Database run the tool to rebuild counts that will help you are probally using the category cache

i've run scan database by cheking 3 option (pls see attachment). But nothing happen. Did i picked wrong option?

did you turn off the category cache in global options?

Yup.. it was setting of category cache issue.
Photo counts back to normal now.
