when someone post comment

dear pp support
why when someone post comment or upload photo it dosnt uper in the main page b4 30 mints or something like this
and one more thing why i cant upload mp3 format to the site

1. Turn off your category cache in Admin => Global Options if you do not wish to use the category cache.

2. If you allow multimedia uploads and mp3 is under the allowable multimedia extentions then you should be able to upload provided the filesize is under your php max filesize. If you try uploading a file over you php max filesize the server rejects it and photopost has nothing to process because the server drops it.
