Album does not show in parent album

Hi!

I have a problem since I upgraded to version 6.01 : Some albums are not showing in the parent album.

For example : http://www.monalbum.ca/showgallery.php/cat/823 is not showing here : http://www.monalbum.ca/showgallery.php/ppuser/3/cat/500

Also, when I try to edit the album with the problem to move it to another parent, there is no 'parent album' select in the options. I do have the 'parent album' select for the albums without this problem.

Could it be because the album in problem contains sub-albums without photos directly in the problem album?

Correct the members gallery or parent category is not going to show sub albums to some parent albums that are assigned to those main level cats etc. The main level are just going to pull albums that are assigned to those cats. If you wish to view the subalbums you must view the album they are assigned to much like the second link you provided that shows albums assigned to that cat.

I hope this clarifies the issue.

has the following bread crumb :

Index » Membre » richard » PHOTOS 2006

If I click on 'richard', I should see a sub-album named PHOTOS 2006.

When I click 'richard', I get this URL :

http://www.monalbum.ca/showgallery.php/ppuser/3/cat/500

And PHOTOS 2006 is not there?

Also, when I edit the Album properties, the select box that normaly allow me to select a parent album is not there.

And the select for the sub-category has only one choice : Not assigned

Found a way to solve it!

I created a new parent album named, Archives 2006.

Moved 3 of the 4 sub-album from Photos 2006 to Archives 2006 and BANG! the folder Photos 2006 finally appeared under Richard.

I will move the last folder and then rename the new folder to Photos 2006.

This will do the trick...
