Easy your php is limited to 2mb uploads and that file is larger then 2mb so your servers PHP drops it. You can alter your php to allow larger file uploads or you must downsize the photo sizes.

Or is it a limit on the POST size? i.e. if you upload 5 files over 2mb, would a 2mb limit prevent all the files from uploading?

Hi, thanks.

I placed an .htaccess file with:
php_value upload_max_filesize "10M"
php_value post_max_size "10M"

and this solves the problem!

However: suggestion is that photopost displays an error message if the upload goes wrong because of this!

thanks for your help

Photopost is a php script and if your server's PHP times out or in this case drops files we simply find no files and you get the normal done message since there is nothing to process. PHP is stopping or dropping the process which kills the php script in a sense.
