Please help.....

For some reason, and yes, out of nowhere, with 5.6 I wasn't able to upload images all of a sudden. This started 2 days ago. Some upload, some don't. I use the same camera/tools and save options when I upload photos, and i've never had a bad image file to upload. Now, it hates everything I try to upload.

Latest vB version. No hacks.

Got this error on debug.

We're sorry, but the system experienced an unrecoverable error. Please try again later.

Script:

Query: INSERT INTO pp_photos (id,user,userid,cat,date,title,description,keywords,bigimage,width,height,filesize,medwidth,medheight,medsize,approved,lastpost, watermarked,allowprint,extra1,extra2,extra3,extra4,extra5,extra6,ipaddress,allowrate,allowcoms) values(NULL,'MarcFromTheDark', 1, 551, 1198406134, 'Gary's Spot Christmas Party 2007', 'Sorry for quality loss! Had wrong camera settings on! Oops! ;(', '', 'MFTD00076.jpg', 528, 800, 96939, 0, 0, 0, 1, 1198406134, 'no','yes','','','','','','','98.200.11.156','1','1')

Result: You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 's Spot Christmas Party 2007', 'Sorry for quality loss! Had wrong camera settings' at line 3

Database handle: Resource id #21

So, I decide to upgrade from 5.6, to 6.0. Now it doesn't look or perform right. (i'm always afraid something like this is gonna happen when I upgrade PP, and look, it did.) Have a look:

I'm a photographer, this is a VITAL program, and honestly, I have issues every time I upgrade this program.

Please help somehow, I need this working!!

Well you have upgraded correctly right how about a url?

The only issue I see here is your typing in a title with an apostrophe but the program should add slashes to apostrophe's in data and yours is not. Which screen are you entering the data on? Post a url here and a regular test login so we can try uploading.

i'm not sure

what you mean about apostrophes and slashes etc? I think you're right, i've had this happen before with the program.

I was able to post a title with apostrophe. Hmm was this a normal upload or bulkupload?

100+, but it usually works. I think upload works, but i'm saying look at the site, it's messed up, it doesn't look right, categories are messed up, etc.
saying things like [ no messages ] etc.

update -- woah, it looks normal now., but still strange messages and icons running together etc. How the heck? I didn't do a thing. wierd.

Please explain with complete sentences any issues you have. I see a perfectly fine 6.0 here.

Strangely, things seem okay now. Wonder what happened? I'll let you know if something else comes up from this.

Thanks Chuck.

Not a problem all I did was run through your upgrades from 5.6 to 6.0. Have a Merry Christmas.
