Error creating thumbnail!

One (and only one) of our users gets this error:

Code:
Content visible to verified customers only.
They also said they see this:

Code:
Content visible to verified customers only.
I can't duplicate the error. I read another thread on this forum, and checked my chmod permissions for that folder, and verified the location of the mogrify command. Only 1 user that I know of gets this error. Any ideas?

Possibly a problem with one of his images clear any files in his uploads folder which would be his userid folder under uploads and then see if he can upload. You did double check data => 2797 => thumbs was 777?

Verified Data 2797-> Thumbs = 0777

I emptied his upload folder, and as soon as this user tries again, the same 22 files (looks like 11 files and 11 thumbs maybe?) are recreated.

Very strange.

Okay so he processed 11 files and then it dies on a file. What happens if he does files one at a time most likely it is stopping on a corrupt file. So if he does one at a time it should work till he finds the corrupt file.

He claims to be only trying to upload 1 at a time. I will verify this, and make sure it's not a Zip file.

I suggested he log out and erase any cookies, then try again. Perhaps something is caching?

yeah if he is uploading one file it is a zipfile and possibly there is an invalid image in that zip

he is currently trying one at a time, but there seems to be a cached file somewhere.

Every time he goes to upload a single file (according to him) these other files come back into his /uploads/*userid* folder

I delete them, and they come back again and again.

Here's the thread on our site. http://www.scubaboard.com/forums/pho...or-upload.html

Thanks

That link asks me for a login anyway there is no cache for files. If you delete them from the uploads directory and he is only uploading one file that is not a zip there should be only one file processed.

You can delete all directories under uploads since those are merely user upload directories and will be recreated on upload.

OK. Well - thanks for your help. It doesn't seem to be getting anywhere however. Not sure what to do for this guy. It's just 1 user, and the gallery is working fine for everyone else. People (including myself) have uploaded photos today.

Here's one of the last few things he's said.

It errors on individual files though as well. I uploaded a "Image4.jpg" and it gave me an error about a IMG09103.jpg
