Server busy, try again shortly.

Problem: Server busy, try again shortly.

from our server manager:
I restarted mysql/http and it still says that. I would suggest asking the script vendor, because this is coming from the script itself, not the server.

the gallery will work well for a while and then randomly rever to this... sometimes for long periods of times; others not so.

I just upgraded yesterday to 6.01 in hopes it would resolve the issue; but it hasn't.

This was the only change /upgrade I made to the gallery in quite some time.

Well that looks to me like it comes from your server or possibly do you have in Admin => Global Option this setting set to a load limit you can get a message try setting it to 0

Load limit for server?
If running *nix and you want to disable your forums when load goes over a certain limit; place the high limit here.

You can not put it to 0 that is what is causing your issue you can never set rows to 0 as it will cause a division by 0 error

server busy error would not be caused by the software

If you have server issues you need to resolve them then you can deal with software.
