Registration verification emails not delivered to Hotmail accounts

I have had a few complaints about this and I thought they just were not checking their spam boxes until I decided to try it out and I also did not get the email to a test hotmail account. is there a fix for this?

Possibly contact hotmail and see if they are blocking your emails on their side. There is nothing on our side that blocks any emails we simply use a simple php mail statement to send an email to the email addy noted.
