So what does error code 1 mean?

It means either permissions are not 777 on your data/500/thumbs directory or there is an issue with imagemagick. recheck permmissions on your data directory to ensure they are 777 and then if you continue to get issues try switching your processor in global options in admin to GD2 and see if that assists.

Ok image magik worked before we moved out photopost location. Previouslly it was located at /usr/local/www/photopost, we then moved it to /usr/local/www/data/photopost which is where our main site is located.

I updated the 2 config files. I also updated the admin panel. Any ideas why all the sudden photopost decides it doesnt like it anymore.

Your mogrify could be non functional depending on what changes where done. If you set your processor to GD2 do uploads work?
