Arrow Memeber can not upload a picture

I have a member who emailded me and said they could not upload a picture last nite.
Here is the error they are getting......?

That error would suggest your attempting to use GD2 but do not have it installed on the server.

How about a link to phpinfo for your server? You can check under phpinfo in admin for yourself to see what is going on and if GD2 is actually installed.

Chuck it says that GD Version, bundled (2.0.34 compatible)
And shows it to be enabled.

Here is what is showing.

My host upgraded my php to latest version 5 I think yesterday so is it possible then didnt get all I need updated to use GD2......?
Also maybe it was possible this member was trying to upload when the server upgrade was taking place.
I will see if I can upload a jpg without an error.

There you go thats the issue they have upgraded you and GD2 is not installed with jpg support from what your showing me. They need to reinstall GD2 with jpg support or you need to use Imagemagick if they have that installed.

Yes it is a host issue and not PP.
I had image magic installed at one time and they made me quit using because they said it was a security risk.
