Medium Images Not Showing Error

Hello,
I am trying to upload images to my upgraded photo post pro.

unfortunately its not working properly and I am getting no medium images showing up.

Interestingly they are present in the directory however when I try to find them or go to them to them directly i get:

Content visible to verified customers only.

That simply tells me the image is corrupt. Are permissions set to 777 under every data directory for the respective categories and their medium directories. It seems to me that if there is a problem generating a medium image that there would be an error displayed. Please post a url to your photopost install.
