Unhappy PP 6.01 + 60 users = server still crashing

I wasn't really sure where else to post this. I upgraded from 5.03 to 6.01 because I was told that it was most likely because my 5.03 had a few modifications in it that were causing my Photopost powered site ( www.gamersgallery.com ) to crash my server. The site has a lot of images in it, and I have a lot of categories, but I rarely see more than 80 users on at a time. Most of the time it's around 60.

I upgraded from 5.03 to 6.01 and my server is still crashing, and my management company still points to this site causing the problem. I asked them after I updated the script if the server was having better performance and they said:

"the load is still ranging between 1 and 4"

Can a Photopost person please look over my site and see if they see anything that would cause this to happen? Something is going on here that is eating away at my server resources and constantly cause it to crash.

Please help!

I will ask Michael to respond here since he knows more about server issues.

Without any information about your server setup, there isn't much for us to look at. You'll need to post all the specifics about your setup and your server for us to look at.

What type of server info are you looking for? Is there a page from my WHM I can copy and paste?

I can get you whatever you need, but I'm not sure what exactly you are looking for as far as server specs go?

What kind of server are you running and its configuration, shared/dedicated? Did you try turning off any configuration items (like category cache)? Did you turn off your galleries and see your server load drop substantially?
