Header is Repeating

Just noticed that my PhotoPost pages have become corupt. Header repeats and pages are not accessible. I have not changed any php pages. (I had PhotoPost do the original install and I do not mess with the code) Could I have been hacked? Any suggestions? I tried pulling in index.php from backup but same issue occurs.

Looks to me like your photopost iponline table is corrupt. You can try using your database viewer in your webhost control panel and in phpmyadmin do a repair of all your tables. Or you may use the sql box to issue this query to repair that table.

Have you viewed and repaired all tables and what is the output
