Jpegtran error

After upgrading to Pp6 some users starting complaining about scanedphothos not showing up after upload.

Description
Photo is uploaded and you are sent to your galleri page but no photo is seen.

I installed Jpegtran to remove the headers and Now I get this error

Content visible to verified customers only.

Is there an alternitive to the jpegtran? with Imagemagick or GD2?
What can be the problem...?

No it looks like your jpegtran install is not right. If you remove the path in global options do uploads work? Imagemagick will strip headers.

Yes, uploads work if I remove Jpegtran path.

Is Jpegtran an install on Windows?
I thougth it was just an path to the .exe

I am on a windows server 2003
If some one knows how to make jpegtran work, please
And a maby a link to windows jpegtran?

jpegtran can work in windows its all about permissions. Have you or your host set permissions that IWAM and IUSER and GUEST accounts can use jpegtran on the server?

If you cant get it to work just dont use it.

Nothing was changed in the jpegtran function in anyway between 5.62 and 6.0.

Have you ever successfully gotten Imagemagick to work on your windows 2003 server?

No, I have installed it and it works with the command line

I have good understanding of permission settings in windows
but I cant find the problem..

well did you try setting the setting in image-inc.php to NT instead of any. Lots of times on windows most people end up using gd2 because of all the permissions issues.
