Used space numbers are funky

This may have been caused by a bad upgrade, I'm not sure, but take a look at what shows up for this user when he tries to upload an image:

Disk space allowed on your account: 102,400kb (104,857,600 bytes)
Disk space used on your account: 2,137,541kb (2137541 bytes)
Disk space remaining for your account: 100,313kb (102720059 bytes)

He's only using a couple meg of space in real life, and the math is all wrong to boot.

Is there any way to recalculate everyone's totals or something?
