6.0 new templates, use $ppopen and $ppclose

In new templates, html tables are hardcoded instead of using $ppopen and $ppclose like the others, resulting in a bad layout integration.
Please use $ppopen and $ppclose for : feature.tmpl, commentspal.tmpl and onlinepal.tmpl

I already have one PM system with integrated forums, PP messaging system would be confusing.
