Profile Intrests not displaying

I've edited a profile and typed some details in the 'interest' text area, but when it's saved it does not display on the profile page.

Can you please post a link and a test user login here let me try. You dont see profile data from photopost if this is an external install with a forum.

Is this integrated with some forum because if it is there is no issue as the enhanced profile only shows in a standalone photopost. I will check the email.

Yes you can see buddy list etc etc but you never see the actual Photopost standalone profile which has interests and all the normal standalone profile options.

It is defiantly showing up on my site, maybe the files for this didn't overwrite the previouse files as its calling the member.php from the gallery folder and not the forum folder.

eg mysite.com/gallery/member.php?uid=100
instead of
mysite.com/member.php?u=100

can you tell me which php and .tmpl files are associated with the profile page so I can check

There is your confusion one is a forum profile on is a photopost profile. What I am saying is a photopost profile does not show stuff like interest bio etc etc when your integrated with a forum.

Here is a photopost profile example with a forum.

http://www.reeftalk.com/gallery/member.php?uid=1

Here is the same profile when its a standalone

http://www.omegatron.net/gallery/member.php?uid=1

There is a big difference between a forum profile and photopost.

Please redownload the code upload all the files except the config files and lets see where we are after that. I beleive we may be working off two separate versions of code.

Gladly I'll re-upload the files, but, I want to have the full profile that you currently see on my site, this was available in 5.62, and although I could see why some would not want profile details in both their gallery and forum, I however have a good use for the profile details in the gallery.

So if I re-upload all the files and it disables the profile with the forum install, what would I need to do to get that back?

well whether it shows or doesnt show lets not deal with that right now because there is nothing I can do about that. It does appear there is an issue with it displaying althougn I dont see anything off hand wrong. I will investigate and let you know. It is being written to the database it just is not displaying.
