Profile & Avatar Problem

Not sure this is a bug, but not sure where to as this question.

I am running a vb 3.68 and PP 6 integrated system.

When viewing member profiles in PP some show the avatar and others do not? Can't figure out why only some. Also, one user has changed their avatar in vb but their old avatar still shows in PP profile. If the user removes the avatar all together in vb, it is also removed in PP. When they put in another avatar the original avatar show in PP again. No mater what avatar they use, the very first one is shown in PP.

I know, I'm confused too.

Bob

well different avatars showing are merely your pages not refreshing on every hit and thats in your browser setup something you control.

Please provide explicit links to forum and gallery users avatar issues to describe any issue and lets see if we can provide some type of answer. I can not really answer based on the post above more than a guess without seeing your site.

Okay your links clearly show for me Photopost is operating perfectly. We pull the users avatar onto our Photopost profile and it shows fine so what is the issue?

Interesting, I just tried it with my office computer and you are right, it looks fine. It must be something with my ie not refreshing as you had mentioned in an earlier post. I will go work on that problem.

Thanks,

Bob

Looks at your browser settings and cache if your not picking up a changed avatar. You need to view the site fresh each time not load from a cache which might have old data.
