Contest category error

I have set up on localhost pp6
Windows server.

Apache : 2.2.4
Php : 5.2.4
Mysql : 5.0.45

I made a contest cat with a few images

As sone as I log in I see this error

Content visible to verified customers only.

Have you uploaded the latest download and have you ran your upgrade script?

You can in admin => global options set the debug option to display errors you can then view the page and list the true mysql error here for us to comment on.
