You need to set the proper path to mogrify in config settings in admin. That is usually /usr/bin/mogrify or /usr/local/bin/mogrify

Okay per our install instructions your data and uploads directories need to be set to 777 permissions at every level. http://www.photopost.com/installphp.html
that should help

I had the same problem when using the "Upload Photos" link if the "Choose A Category" was set to "Member Galleries" and I hadn't created my gallery yet. This will fool a LOT of my users and currently makes the system unusable for me.

The members gallery is already created when you install per our install instructions permissions need to be set to 777. You can open your own ticket and place a site link test user login to upload and place your exact error so we may assist you. Thanks.
