New users can not register

Now matter what I do, when a new user tries to register I am getting

"We experienced a problem adding your account. Please contact the System Administrator."

This is on a clean new install with the lastest build.

Please under admin options turn the debug option to email errors. Try registering an account and then please post here the email contents on the true nature of the error.

You can also as a test run the upgrade script and select the 5.6-6.0 upgrade and see if that helps.

The query returned with an errorcode of:

Unknown column 'realname' in 'field list'

--- After looking at the database, there is no field in the pp_users for "realname" --

Ran the upgrade as you stated, this would not work - Same error.

It appears you have not ran the upgrade to me. I definately see the queries to add these fields.
