zip upload problem
 

I'm having an issue with my zip uploads. When I bring up the upload photos page, it says I have an 8M limit for uploads. I'm having an issue uploading anything over 2M it seems. However, I don't necessarily think its an upload issue either. I FTP'd the zip file up there, told it where it was located, and it still just says "You photos were successfully uploaded" and goes back to the album with nothing there.

Any ideas?

Ok, I made an .htaccess file changing the php value to 25M, but the zip upload value on the upload photos page still says 8M. Is that something I need to change somewhere else?

needed to increase post_max_size also :)

yep and usually certain php changes can only be done in the php.ini configuration file for php
