Photopost errors after vbulletin 3.6.8 v2 upgrade

Many pages of my vbulletin admin panel display this error / code at the top, since I upgraded to vbulletin 3.6.8 (version2):

Do you have any idea what the problem is and how this can be fixed?

Our admin panel does not show in the vb admin panel and has nothing to do with vbulletin at all when your in our admin your not running vb at all. I would possibly suspect maybe your trying some hack and running these admin sections together? You can give us more info here but it looks like your trying to ask me about some sort of vb admin panel

Yes, I am talking about errors in the vbulletin admin panel, not Photopost admin panel. I am not trying to run a hack. Chuck, do you know what the code implies?

That indeed isn't much to go on. Do you think there is a conflict between photopost and the latest version of vbulletin?

Well what your posting is not much to go on honestly

Do you get any errors in photopost admin when using admin? The error your posting is not a photopost error which is why it is hard for us to say anything here

The error only displays in the vbulletin admin panel. Not in photopost. Still it seems like the latest version of PP is not yet compatible with vb 3.6.8. vbulletin claims this and seems to leave it at that. I am afraid to get stuck in the middle.
I realize that this is a bit of a grey area, but would really appreciate your help.

Is there anything you would like to know?

I run vbulletin 3.68 and Photopost and see no errors in my vb admin panel

However I can appreciate Jelsoft's response but from our companies standpoint I do not know what to say since our product does not interact with vb's software in anyway. Our software is installed in a separate directory. Vbulletin does not even know photopost is installed from a software standpoint so where do you see this error in vb

Well really dont know what else to say I dont work for Jelsoft support and have no experience trying to debug their software. I do not support there product which is the same thing they are telling you. However you need to make then understand your error is happening to your vb panel and has nothing to do with our software. They are funny the minute they hear photopost they are like sorry cant help you.

My only suggestion would be to of course ensure all plugins products hacks etc are uninstalled and you run a clean vbulletin and see if this happens.

The only way I can see some cross over here is some conflicting hack or something. It has to be.

As I have stated a few times in a normal vbulletin photopost integrated install VBULLETIN SOFTWARE WILL NOT EVEN KNOW PHOTOPOST EXISTS ON THE SERVER SO HOW IS THIS HAPPENING UNLESS SOME HACK CONFLICT IS GOING ON.

I would be happy to provide you product support should you find an error in our admin panel or in our software.

I do not want to go into the discussion of who's right or wrong here, but that is not a vBulletin file, and they are the ones who sell the software with vbulletin integration. If we update our software and they're the addon they should update their source accordingly to remain compatible with the version. It is not vBulletin who has to remain compliant with third party software. We're not selling photopost integration.
I do not understand the part about <?php echo "hello' ?>, but I hope that you do.
I am not claiming support with you, but am just hoping for your kind help.

Exactly they are saying the same thing as us here and you can copy them on our reply.

As I have stated vbulletin does not even know photopost is installed so as vbulletin suggests you must have some sort of hack installed which is producing an error. I have suggested this several times now

Jelsoft and Photopost do not support code hacks and this is why you are having issues obtaining support. Being your issue is in the vbulletin admin and not photopost there is no error here on photoposts part

In fact the post command your showing really is not even an error it looks like just displaying something from some kind of hack

You need to disable your hacks till you find out what causes this

You can close Photopost but my suggestion is since this error you claim is in your vb software and our software functions fine I would suggest you reinstall the vb software. You sure you have not like altered a vb template and that code is ther.e. There is something altered in vb to display some post command that does not belong there

I am sorry but you must contact vb to obtain support on their software. Photopost displays no errors and the software in question was not manufacturered by us therefore they must support you
