Image's don't show up

I have a lot of members where I see no image below there username.
I have search and read two threats here where this problem is reported but the solutions give isn't work for me.
Is there maybe A other solution for this problem?
Vbulletin version is 3.6.7 pl1

Can you give us more info on your avatar issue like what is the image url it is showing on the forum and on the gallery please provide links
