your path to your watermark is not correct. Make sure to place the proper path to your watermark in watermark options maybe this
/home/wwwadul/public_html/logo.png

well you might want to make sure watermarking is on and your images arent marked as already watermarked. Is the permissions in edit categories set for who gets there images watermarked? If you upload a new image is it watermarked?

Okay then you do not have something set correctly in watermarking.
You can choose one of two types of watermarking permanent or on the fly
You are trying to use permanent so lets explain that. In watermark options in admin you turn it on where you want to stamp the image and you put the full path to the watermark file in there. Note if your using imagemagick it has to be a gif watermark and gd2 you use a png watermark. Now once that is done you go to edit categories and select which usergroups get their images stamped with a watermark.
Once you do that when a member of the usergroups who you elect to get images watermarked in the cats you select the images will be marked

Have you understood what I have said on how to setup watermarking?
Your not giving us much to help you here as the only error you have posted here is one where you have a wrong path to the watermark file.
Now how you setup watermarking I have outlined as clear as I can above.

You can view which gd you have by hitting PHPINFO in admin so unless you have some ungodly old unmaintained host who is running 5 year old PHP you should have GD2 if its installed.
