Comment Box not showing? Enabled in the Admin and Groups?

Hello all and thanks for the help.
I just enabled the comments system and verified that the Administrators group has the permission to post a comment but there is not text box showing up. I upgraded to 5.6.2 a few weeks back and dont know if this a result of the upgrade or not.

thanks for the help.

Mike

I do not see any way to post a comment but thats probally because your not allowing comments

You need to check that in admin options your allowing comments and then in edit usergroups you mark which groups can post comments.

Ah so you can see the post a comment link you where not being clear with that initially

If your using hacks or plugins in vbulletin try disabling them and your comments forum will appear, it is only not going to show if there is a vb hack interfering with the processing of that form.
