Set the proper paths for your uploads and data server paths in global options and storage options

Your server path is found by viewing the PHPINFO so what is the url?

/home/user/public_html/gallery/uploads

Your saying this is wrong?

First off if you move servers you might want to read this

How to Move Servers and/or Change Directories

It can be paths or permissions or both here

I asked for a url to this install

Hello

Per the thread I noted above on moving servers and also the install instructions here

http://www.photopost.com/installphp.html

You must set the data directory EVERY LEVEL DOWN to 777 permissions. You have only done the first level. You need to go in there and also set 777 permissions on all your thumbs medium and mini directories beneath every directory
