Member Gallery Disappeared

One of my members was deleting photo's from her Member Gallery and Other Galleries. Now her Member Gallery is gone O.o

If I go to her profile I can access the member gallery that way. But if I go to the Category ... her name is nowhere to be seen O.o I verified the photos are in that category, her name just isn't displaying. It is category 500.

In Admin => Scan Database use the option to rebuild the users last photo

Already did that. They still don't appear under Member Gallery O.o

Ok. I told it to only scan that single category and that worked. Doing it for all categories didn't seem to work. So it is back ... very weird O.o
