Error uploading images into sub albums

Hello,

A member of mine has reported some difficulty uploading photos into one of his personal sub albums.

The member selects the photos from his pc, selects the destination album, yet the images appear in the root of his personal space. All attempts to later move the images result in the images staying in the root album.

What is weird is that even though the images remain in the root, the sub album has incremented the image count for the images that were supposed to be moved there. But when you visit the sub album, it is empty.

Note that it has its own index thumb even though it's empty.

Any suggestions would help.

try doing a recount in admin scan database maybe when the user moved his photos out of that album the count did not update because the photos definately moved

Sorry, I wasn't clear. He is trying to move files into the album, not out of it. So
the album is empty, and he is unable to move anything into it. The count has increased from 0 to the number of images he tried to move. In the end the move failed and the image count was incremented.

No other users have reported any issues.

Do you have error messages on what fails anything to assist? We would need errors to assist here

I have tested on a few sites I run the product on the function of moving images from cats to albums and it works fine. It is the same as moving an image from one cat to another.
