Sometimes when I try to upload some pictures, I always get this message especially when uploading 10-100 images at one time.

Check your data and uploads directories make sure they are 777 at every level and safe mode is off in php settings

Make sure in upload options you dont have any of the allowable thumbnail medium max height or width set to 0

i've just founded that my server company doesn't accept 777 and all my upload directories are using 755 right now instead of 777.

I talked to the company and they told me they are not allowing 777 any more because it is commonly used by hackers now.

any alternative solution for this problem?

You would have to ask your company how you can allow file uploads on their servers with 755? File uploading commonly requires 777 unless they change their server to allow uploads at 755
