In your vbulletin options the url for your forum etc make sure you properly enter that cause right now you have it pointing to the root of your site where your photopost is installed which makes all your urls point wrong in the vb navbar etc
You would need to reinstall Photopost all over again as a standalone unless you create some import script to import your vb users into Photopost cause right now Photopost has no users they are all vbulletin users
