I'm getting the same thing at http://www.ratemyfish.co.uk/ and have sent you a PM to see if you would be so kind as to send me the file mentioned in this thread, as Chuck tells me he doesn't have a copy.
It may be something that you'll want to amend in the integration file, as IPB has used this system for quite a while now (for the few years I've been using it, anyhow).
