Question/Problem with *some* uploads

Hiya guys,

I recently moved my website to a dedicated server and everything appears to be working just fine. Since the move, however, I have had three different users contact me on three separate occasions with the following problem. They upload their photos, get the message that their photos have been approved/published but their photos do not get posted to the gallery. I've checked their queues just to be sure that the uploads didn't hang but the queues are empty.

Can anyone shed some light on this? The gallery appears to be working fine. Most users do not appear to be having any problems at all.

Ask them if they are uploading a file larger than your PHP max file upload size because if they are your server will drop the upload and have nothing to process. Sounds exactly like there issue if there is no file present in uploads.

We're having a similar issue, i.e. several users who have posted many photos previously cannot post anything now, i.e. they can't post any photos since we upgraded to the newer version of Photopost PHP Pro.

Users try to upload photo. After they hit "submit," a page comes up too briefly to do anything (something along the lines of 'click here if this page doesn't automatically re-direct), and/or then the page goes blank. The photos don't upload. A couple of users, when they go to upload another photo, the upload page says they have x number of photos "in queue," but they can't upload those photos that are in queue.

Our photo upload allowable size limit is higher than the photos. For example, in Admin panel under "Maximum multimedia upload size in Kb" I set it to 30000k. And I just tried to upload a user's image that's 1.2 megs (and smaller size in heighth and width that's allowed in our admin panel). I get a blank screen after trying to upload it (as does he). Then I cut the photo down to 120k, and that photo uploads. And in "Show PHP Info" it says that there's a 2M "upload_max_filesize," which is still higher than a 1.2M photo.

Is there another photo file size limit option that I'm missing? And/or is there something else we can do to fix this upload issue?
