"Sort Photos" Feature disappears in puzzle view with 12 images per page

I think this is a bug, but I am not sure.

In case of showgallery.php script area when we select the puzzle view and if the per page photo settings are 12, then it does not display the "Sort Photos" feature below the images chunk.

However when I change the per page photo settings to 20, it shows up.

What's happening. How do I correct it?

In showgallery template see what happens if you remove this line in bold

Wow Chuck! No wonder, I always thought of you as a great genius. It works perfect now in case I select any number per page

Btw, isn't the Sort by "Title" missing! How can I add it?

Sort by title is a sort in the main sorts up top. The ones down the bottom are different sorts not available on the normal sort fields
