That is a vb error persay in nature but the issue seems to be real simple it just means your mysql server is down probally restarting. I would not worry unless this is happening alot then you should contact your host.

Chuck, I received via my mail about 4 or 5 a day time regarding database error. It kind of annoying too. When I check with my hosting from Poweb.com they seem not to find anything wrong. All they see is my site still up and running. Sometime when I browse through my site I'm getting the error saying " page not display". Than, when I try to go to my site again it show up normal. It not just happen in the gallery section, It also happen in Arcade and Karaoke section too. Thank for ur sugg I will contact my hosting again regarding this inconsistence issue with MSQL.

Powweb that explains it to me. They limit your mysql connections to say 50000 connections in a certain amount of time. If you go over they shut down mysql this is probally what is happening. The error though is pretty self explanatory mysql is not active so a connection can not be established.

chuck, this probably my 100 times e-mail to them from poweb.com. They told me to clear cookie and cat (hehe) eventhough I already tried with 100 pc. I'm not sure if anyone in there support know MYSQL. I copy the link regarding datasebase error that there SQL keep timing out. The respond I get back is they can access my site fine. The message below say it still persist copy the e-mail notification again. I been copy that email notification to them too many time which I can't remember to count. When you e-mail them they have to start over again from scratch eventhough if you have the same problem 1000 times. I'm gonna ask them if they can maximum connection time for SQL server.

Here the respond I got from poweb.com :

Thank you for contacting Support.
I have noticed that the e-mail sent by the previous Agent is not
delivered to you. Hence, I am sending this e-mail once again.
We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you. I have checked
all the pages of your Web site http://www.khmerclub.com/ and unable to
find any errors while accessing it. However, it is loading fine without
any issues. Could you please check once again from your end after
clearing cache and cookies from your browser?

If issue still persists, please get back to us with the copy of the
e-mail notification you have received for the database error in Vbulletin
system interface, so that we can investigate the issue further.

The error being copied from vbulletin says mysql can not be connected to and powweb is known to lock mysql connections after so many and shut their mysql down for a portion of time to prevent overloading their servers and they should know this. Not much I can say about this issue since it has nothing to do with our server software. If you continue having issues with powweb my suggestion is to move to a more reliable host.

This guy is on powweb they shut down mysql after 50000 connections in a certain timeframe

Can't connect to MySQL server on

Thats a very explicit mysql error being reported from the server if you get it MYSQL IS DOWN.
