We have had a couple of users just recently all experience the same problem. They log-in but their log-in doesn't stick. I've tried logging in to their account from my computer and it works fine so I know this is an issue with their system. They have cleared their cache, made sure their cookies were enabled and set to keep the cookies until they expired. They have made sure that their anti-spyware/anti-virus software has not blocked or quarantined the cookies. But still, it won't stick. We did not integrate
vb with photopost and they are not having any problem staying logged in to
vb. Just the gallery. Do you have any suggestions what might be conflicting with their system and photopost?
