Comment Count and Photo Count Don't Match
 

For some reason, the comment count and the photo count don't match up between the Statistics and Galleries. I've attached a screenshot to show you what I mean. I'll be running a contest shortly that involves these #'s, so I need to get it fixed ASAP.

What version of the software you using?

Have you tried doing a scan database in admin and rebuild the counts?

I'm using 5.5... and yes, I've tried the scan database a couple of times... :|

I would suggest you upgrade to 5.62 and see if this corrects your issue

I was hoping you weren't going to say that... :P I'll give the upgrade a try and let you know.

Ok, I've upgraded, and the issue remains... other ideas?

The statscache is absolute here so the ones in the pal are absolutely correct.

What happens if you turn off your categories cache in global options and rebuild counts?

I am using 5.62 here and it displays correct so lets try and determine why yours is wrong

Ok, I turned off categories cache, then rebuilt the counts, photos and comments still don't match. And another problem has arisen - members can no longer edit galleries... when they change their album information and click save, it says the changes are saved, but the changes don't take affect. :S

I am at a loss here. You would have to email support@photopost with ftp info url admin login and phpmyadmin information
