VB Integration Issues with VB Editor

We have been trying to implement vb editor on photopost Pro Gallery. We have the latest release of both vBulletin and Photopost Pro installed and the integration options enabled. Still no vb Editor or even forum avatars appearing.

Anyone esle experiencing this problem and any ideas on how this can be fixed? We have checked and rechecked the forums and gallery settings and all look to be correct. So what else could it be?

I saw this recently on a system where the user had a plug-in for their editors which was interfering with the stock vBulletin editor code - do you have any plugin-ins installed? Try disabling them to see if the editor then appears.

Thank you Michael for your reply. Last night I disabled the two vb hacks we have installed that may interfering with the stock vb editor. Unfortunately even with both disabled, the editor still does not display with photopost. Any suggestions what can be tried next or if you guys would be willing to login and take a quick look. More than happy to pay for your support and services.

Please post links and test regular user login here as well as fully describe the issue so we may assist. The only page I know that has vb editor at all in Photopost is when placing a comment or editing a photo. There is no vb editor on uploadphoto. So where is the vb editor not appearing?
