| Strange error....
Ok, when I look at who's online, it shows typically one user who is browsing the photos. They do not have an IP address, and they seem to be browing all of the photos, almost like a bot.
I know they are not bots because they are active users on my site. They just seem to be getting "stuck" and somehow look at every photo/link on the site in the photopost directory.
Any ideas?

Sounds like a bot to me.

I know it's not a bot, because its users that actually post and are active... they just sometimes seem to be stuck in a loop of looking at pictures...
And when they are active, they have an IP... when they get stuck in this loop, the IP goes away from who's online.
I wish there was a way to kick users from the gallery.... or block them or something.

There really isn't a way for something to be suck in that kind of loop without something going on the other end; it's not like a Windows program that keeps running in the background and has to be rebooted; new entries appear in the online table only when a script gets executed.

Well, I'm not sure how to explain it then?
I even turned slideshows off.... I've asked the users if they were browsing the gallery, and they said yes, and they closed their browsers, and logged off...
So something didn't "log them off"

Well, they are removed from the who's online after the timeout; just because someone logs off doesn't remove them from the who's online table.

I understand... but the IP number vanishes, but the page they are looking at in the photos directory keeps changing.

Sorry, I don't have a clue based on what you are telling me. Something has to be executing the scripts to put those entries in the online table, though.
