Some members dont show up. Help

In my member gallery when you click on the letter of the alphabet representing a member, they do not show up. However, if you do a search for the member their pictures show up. Is this a bug or something I am missing?

In admin use the scan database tool to rebuild last photo option and see if this helps

I tried that with no luck

One of my members does not have anything in cat 500. When you click on member list the url shows cat=500. So, I moved one of his albums there and scanned the db like you said. but he still does not show up on the memberlist. Its really odd. I have several people complaining about the same issue.

have a look. Member userid = 3979 name = traveller

www.rangefinderforum.com

Also, the scan finishes without saying it finished. Is this normal?

The scan should say its finished so maybe your dealing with script timeout? What is your max execution time?

It was set to 30. I increased it to 30000 and it still failed. Yes, I restarted Apache. Here are my settings:

max_execution_time = 30 ; Maximum execution time of each script, in seconds
max_input_time = 60 ; Maximum amount of time each script may spend parsing request data
memory_limit = 24M ; Maximum amount of memory a script may consume (8MB)
;memory_limit = 24M ; Maximum amount of memory a script may consume (8MB)

Thanks chuck. Appreciate your help.

You can also try rerunning the upgrades for 5.5 and 5.6

This also happened to me. I ran the upgrade.php and it fixed the problem. Thing is with my site, every time a new user registers and uploads photos they don't show up in the members gallery and I have to run the upgrade again. Every time.

Is there a fix for this? Thanks.

Any idea on what I can do to stop this issue? I had to do it again today. A user uploaded photos for the first time and I had to run updgrade.php before their name appeared in the members gallery.

Their photos show up in recent photos, etc. Just not the members gallery until I run the script.

I don't have an answer for you since this is the only report we have of this happening to anyone once the upgrade has been successful. When you upgraded to the latest version, did you run all the upgrades accordingly? Did you upload all the files from the 5.62 build?

when you delete a photo especially that of someone's placemarker it is necessary to run the scan database update last photo tool as noted

Your other issue has nothning to do with this your rebuilding images and have an incorrect watermark path it appears.
