Question problem with index not loading without '?' after .php

Why will my index page not load unless there is a '?' at the end of it.

http://www.photopics.ca/forum/photopost/index.php? this loads

http://www.photopics.ca/forum/photopost/index.php this doesn't

Also, when trying to acces my Admin, Integration options, all I'm getting is a blank screen. All other Admin functions seem to work.

I had made a url_path change on the config-inc.php file, which I think caused this, I have since reverted the change, but it didn't make a difference.

Thanks.

Are the config files writable (666)?

I am able to see your page at both links no problem

This is strange. I tried using Mozilla Firfox, and yes both links load just fine. It seems just when I use Windows Explorer it is not allowing the 2nd link to load.

Ok, I know what's going on. In IE, I changed the privacy level (under internet options) to low... allow all cookies. It then worked fine. I then put the privacy level back to default (medium) and it still loads ok. IE was blocking the cookies and not allowing it to load.
