User not showing in album index

I have a problem that a user has uploaded photos, but his account is not visible in the album index:

Here is an image uploaded form that user 31. december

The user BoMMAs account are not showing.

His account is not showing in the alphabetic index of B either.

To solve this I tried to run:
Check here to update your user table last photo field.
in the PhotoPost Database Administration
but then i get this error, even though i only chose a small category to update:

Processing may take a while... please be patient and wait the for FINISHED message...

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 8388608 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 129 bytes) in (...)/galleri/pp-inc.php on line 372

Any ideas what might be wrong?

Using search, you'll find this covered in many threads; your PHP.INI needs more memory allocation.

Where do you find that file?

Chuck told me in another thread that it was in PP-inc and I tried that but it doesn´t help???

I get the problem with the missing member if he/she delete one of their pictures. But as soon they upload a picture again, they are showing up in the member gallery again?
