This didn't work. It turned off all avatars, but the red x is gone.

But $hasav is 1 if someone has an avatar. What are the query results of someone on your install that has an avatar?

hascustomavatar = 0

avatarrevision = 14

Thats purely bizarre. Every install I view $hasav is 1 for an avatar.

Maybe try this new code block in there as well

That didn't work either.

I am just going to turn off the avatars in the admin section of PP.

It doesn't really matter that much in the gallery section to display the avatars.

It is returning $hasav as 1 which means she has one. You can post a test login here so we can see her forum profile. I see it in IE 7 only but usually use Mozilla.

What is returned from this query if you run it in vb? Make note to add any table prefix for vb you have
