Exclamation Queue Description Bug

I've noticed there is a bug when you upload multiple images to the queue.

Basically what happens is this.

When I'm in the upload photo area, I browse to the image I want to upload on my desktop. I fill in the proper category it is to go into and the description I would like for it to have associated with it and then I hit upload. The image then goes into the queue waiting for final processing and I can see a thumbnail of the photo with the proper description and category.

I then proceed to upload another photo using the same method. Navigate to the file, fill in the category description etc. I then hit upload. The photo is then uploaded and I am taken back to the queue once again, where there are now two files. My original first and now the *new* second image.

When I look at the description and category of the first photo, it has been replaced with the description and category of the second image I have just uploaded.

If I repeat with a third image, both the first and second are again replaced with the thirds info.

I've also tried editing in the queue itself but as soon as you upload another image it replaces the info again.

However, once you are done uploading to the queue, if you edit all the descriptions and categories to what they should be and process the images, they do process correctly. That being, they go into the proper category and retain their own description etc. However, if you don't replace the info before you process, you will end up with three images all in the third images category and with the description you gave it.

One of the reasons why I like the queue, is that I'm on a shared server, and I have to be careful to not upload too many images at one time or I get the dreaded page not found screen. So I have my Photopost set up to do a max of one image at a time. It's slower but more reliable especially for my members who have a tough time just understanding max file sizes etc.

What you have not said though is are you processing those images after uploading? This is key here. See this is not a bug since the title and description is taken from uploadphoto and sent to bulkupload so you can only send one. If you want to bulkupload with mutliple files you can place a title and description on upload photo but when you have multiple files it is placed over all as this is what customers want and you change this on that second stage when you fill out title and description for each one. Remember a photo is not uploaded till you hit submit on bulkupload and they are all processed moved to data a record inserted into mysql and then we clear the uploads directory.

I hope this clarifies the issue. Try uploading 3 files or so on and fill out title and descriptions for them all on bulkupload like your suppose to and hit submit all 3 images are processed and then your uploads directory is cleared.

Well then that seems to defeat the purpose of having the queue.

What I do is upload an image at a time, leaving each in the queue.

I'm on a shared server and if I attempt to do three at a time, it won't always work. That's why I play it safe and do one at a time.

But when I go into the queue to finish up the images I've uploaded, say three of four which were each uploaded seperately, when I enter the queue all the descriptions have been overwriten to whatever I entered for the last file that was uploaded.

It would seem to make more sense if you could upload pics with descriptions and then when you're ready to finish them up you go into the queue and the descriptions that you previously entered upon the initial upload are there, versus all of them having whatever you put in for your last one. The way it is now, you have to go in and figure out what each picture is and redo all the descriptions.
