Okay must be an old photopost cause I dont know what that line is in your server but check to ensure you are not setting anything to 0 like number of rows in layout options etc. You have something that should not be set to 0 in admin set to 0
I looked... I don't know. I don't see anything unusual. I haven't changed anything in Admin since the last time it worked for us. We moved to another server a couple of weeks ago, but it was a total backup and restore type move.
